🔁 Shefie 7-Day Size Exchange Policy
Shefie offers a 7-day Size Exchange Policy, allowing you to exchange items purchased from our website/app for size only within 7 days of receiving the order. We only ask that you do not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
You are welcome to try on a product, but please ensure it remains in re-sellable condition.

📦 Exchange Fee
A nominal exchange fee of ₹99 will be charged for all size exchanges. This will be included in your replacement order invoice.
This fee helps us cover the cost of processing and handling your exchange request.
Note: This fee is charged only once per order, even if the original items were delivered in parts.

📌 Terms & Conditions for Size Exchange
• All items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., clothing should be in the original polybag/box).
• Exchange is allowed only for size of the same product, not for color/style/other product.
• Exchange request can be raised 24 hours after delivery, directly from your Shefie account.
• Products handed over for pickup must match the items listed in your exchange request.
• If the wrong product is handed over, the courier will cancel the pickup.
• For sets/combo items, entire sets must be exchanged — individual items from the combo cannot be exchanged.
• You must upload clear images of the product with tags attached during the exchange request. Invalid or unclear images may lead to rejection.
• Reverse pickup is subject to pincode serviceability.
• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

🔁 Second Size Exchange Request
Shefie currently does not offer a second free size exchange.
However, if you still wish to exchange the size again, a fee of ₹250 will be charged.

❗ Received a Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item?
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@shefie.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-7000804695.
After proper inspection, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

📦 Pickup Timelines
• Reverse pickup will be attempted within 2–3 working days by our courier partner.
• If your pincode is non-serviceable for pickup, you’ll be required to self-courier the product(s) to us.
• In such cases, Shefie will reimburse courier charges up to ₹250, upon submission of the courier receipt.

❌ Pickup Failed?
• We attempt pickup three times.
• If unsuccessful, the request is marked as failed.
• You can raise a request again via WhatsApp or email, and we will reinitiate the pickup.

🔙 Returns & Refunds
Currently, Shefie does not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders.
Only size exchanges are allowed under the terms above.
For any other issues, contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
