🛍️ 1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed 24x7, including Sundays and public holidays.
• Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 24 hours of placement.
• If an item is out of stock:
• We may ship the available items first.
• The remaining items will be shipped when back in stock.
• We may offer an exchange or refund based on your preference.


📦 2. Delivery Areas & Methods
• Indore Local Delivery:
• Delivered within 60–90 minutes.
• Fulfilled directly by Shefie’s in-house delivery team.
• Available 24x7, including weekends and public holidays.
• Pan India Delivery:
• Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Fulfilled through trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.


💸 3. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid orders above ₹999: Free shipping
• Prepaid orders below ₹999: Shipping charge of ₹99
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat ₹49 COD fee
• Indore express delivery: ₹49 flat, or free for orders above ₹999
• COD fee is non-refundable even in case of returns or cancellations.

• Indore Same-Day Delivery:
• Delivered within 60–90 minutes.
• Available any time, any day.
• Includes real-time order tracking and OTP verification.
• Pan India Delivery:
• Dispatched within 24–48 hours.
• Delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your address.
• May be delayed due to weather, festivals, remote locations, or courier delays.


🔍 5. Order Tracking
• Tracking link will be sent via email and SMS after dispatch.
• You can also view tracking in the “My Orders” section of your Shefie account.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to start showing updates.


🏠 6. Change of Address
• Delivery address can only be changed before dispatch.

❗ 7. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
• If the order is damaged at the time of delivery, reject the package and notify us.
• If the order is marked “delivered” but not received, inform us within 24 hours.
• If the order is lost in transit, we will conduct an internal investigation with the courier.
• Based on the outcome, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.


❌ 8. Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
• COD charges (₹49) are non-refundable in any case.
• To cancel, contact our support team or log into your Shefie account and go to “My Orders.”

• We accept prepaid (UPI, cards, wallets) and COD payments.
• COD has a flat ₹49 charge and is non-refundable.

• We ship across India and offer 60–90 minute delivery in Indore.
• Pan-India delivery is done via third-party logistics.
• Shipping timelines may vary due to external factors.

• We accept returns for eligible products as per our Return Policy.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via store credit.
• COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
